Inside Our Manufacturing: Cleanroom, Capacity & R&D
A look inside the sanitary pad factory behind our brands — a 100,000-class cleanroom, automated high-speed lines, batch-by-batch quality control and an in-house R&D lab. 20+ years of production, exporting to 80+ countries, and capacity for 4 billion+ pads a year.
A 100,000-class cleanroom built for hygiene at scale
Our sanitary napkin factory manufactures on automated high-speed lines inside a controlled-particle environment — the same conditions importers expect from a serious, audit-ready supplier.
100,000-class Cleanroom
ISO 8 controlled environment limits airborne particles so every pad is produced hygienically and consistently.
High-Speed Lines
Multiple automated lines form, fold, wrap and seal in one in-line pass, holding tight tolerances at high throughput.
Full-Format Capability
Ultra-thin, overnight, maxi, organic-cotton and adult-care formats — all produced under one roof.
Consistent Output
Automation removes hand-to-hand variation, so the millionth pad matches the sample you approved.
Tested from incoming materials to finished goods
Quality is checked at every stage of the sanitary pad manufacturing process — not just at the end. Each batch is verified against spec before it is released for export.
- Incoming material inspection — pulp, SAP, nonwoven and adhesives checked on arrival
- In-process QC — weight, absorbent-core placement and seal integrity monitored on the line
- Lab testing — absorbency, rewet, pH and tensile strength on every production batch
- Finished-goods inspection — leak, wrap and packaging checks before sealing cartons
- Pre-shipment AQL sampling — final sign-off against the approved standard
- Full traceability — batch records retained for every export order
Five gates before a carton ships
- 1
Incoming inspection
Raw materials are verified against specification before they enter the cleanroom.
- 2
In-process checks
Operators and sensors monitor core weight, placement and seals throughout the run.
- 3
Lab testing
Absorbency, rewet, pH and strength are tested on each batch in our in-house lab.
- 4
Finished-goods QC
Leak, wrap and print checks confirm every unit meets the approved standard.
- 5
Pre-shipment AQL
A final sampling inspection signs off the order before it leaves the factory.
In-house R&D and world-class raw materials
An in-house R&D team and laboratory let us develop new cores and formats fast — and source the right materials to hit your market's price and performance target.
In-House R&D Lab
Our own R&D team develops absorbent cores, topsheets and new formats, then validates them before scale-up.
World-Class Materials
We work with world-class raw-material partners for SAP, fluff pulp, hot-melt adhesives and soft nonwovens.
Organic & Natural Inputs
Certified organic cotton, bamboo and hemp topsheets power our natural lines under GOTS and OEKO-TEX standards.
Performance Testing
Absorbency, rewet, pH and skin-comfort are measured so claims on the pack are backed by the lab.
Rapid Sampling
We turn briefs into physical samples quickly, so you can validate quality before committing to volume.
Custom Specs
Thickness, absorbency, length, scent and packaging are tuned to your market and price point.
4 billion+ pads a year — built for reliable volume

What importers ask about our factory
How are sanitary pads made in your factory?
Production runs on automated high-speed lines inside a 100,000-class cleanroom. Layers of fluff pulp, super-absorbent polymer, a soft topsheet and a leak-proof backsheet are formed, embossed, folded and individually wrapped in one continuous in-line process — then sealed into retail packaging. Incoming materials and finished units are tested at every stage before the goods are released for export.
What does a 100,000-class cleanroom mean for product quality?
A 100,000-class (ISO 8) cleanroom strictly limits airborne particles and contamination during manufacture. For a product worn against skin, that controlled environment is what keeps each pad hygienic, consistent and safe to import into regulated markets.
Can you handle large-volume and private-label orders?
Yes. With 4 billion+ pads a year of capacity across multiple high-speed lines, we run both high-volume stock orders and custom private-label production. Reorders are scheduled to keep your shelves filled on time.
Do you have in-house R&D and a lab?
We do. Our in-house R&D team and laboratory develop new absorbent cores, topsheets and formats, and test absorbency, rewet, pH and strength on every batch — so what we ship matches what we approved.
Which raw materials do you use?
We source from world-class raw-material partners for fluff pulp, super-absorbent polymer, hot-melt adhesives and nonwoven topsheets, plus certified organic cotton and bamboo for our natural lines. Material specifications are confirmed at the quote stage.
