Factory-direct to the USA

Wholesale sanitary pads for the US market, supplied at source

We are the factory behind our own brands — supplying US importers, Amazon sellers and private-label programmes with pads from our ISO 9001-certified factory at factory price, not through a broker.

US buyers use both sanitary pads and sanitary napkins, and what they need is the same either way: a landed cost that leaves shelf margin, and documentation your importer and customs broker can file for an FDA-regulated product. We supply that as a China-based factory, not a local converter and not a broker. With 20+ years of production, exports to 80+ countries, 150+ brand programmes and capacity for over 4 billion pads a year, we give importers factory pricing and brand owners a turnkey private-label partner. See our manufacturing process for the factory behind the supply.

The range covers sanitary pads, organic cotton pads, panty liners, tampons and adult incontinence products — enough to build a complete feminine-care aisle or a focused Amazon range. Buyers can start with stock constructions or move straight to custom private label; bulk wholesale and OEM/ODM programmes both run from the same production floor.

The US market & channels

Where US buyers source pads — and how we supply them

The US is a channel business: e-commerce, retail chains, store brands and distributors each buy differently, and each needs the same two things — landed cost and clean documents.

Wholesale sanitary pads in the US move through four channels: Amazon and DTC sellers, retail chains, store brands and regional distributors. An Amazon seller needs retail-ready packs and fast reorders; a retail chain needs consistent volume and a specification it can defend; a store brand needs artwork and packaging it controls; a distributor needs price, documents and delivery to schedule. We supply all four from the same factory — read more on our wholesale and bulk supply.

Container freight enters through Los Angeles/Long Beach on the West Coast or New York/Newark on the East Coast, then moves inland to distribution hubs including Chicago and Atlanta. Supplying several regions at once? We also ship to other export markets, including Europe and the Middle East.

Own-brand & private-label supply

Two ways to buy: our own brands or your own brand

Start with our own-brand products from stock, or build a private-label range from the pack up — the commercial model decides the process.

For our own brands, you choose the pad format, size and pack count from our catalogue and we ship from existing production. These are products under our own brands — the packaging stays as it is, so there is no artwork or proofing step. Our own-brand lines start at 30,000 packs per size, and mixed orders can be planned across sizes to fill a container. This is the fastest route for distributors and Amazon sellers testing the US market.

For private label, the process is spec first: we agree the construction, absorbency, materials and pack format, then your artwork goes into production. We support artwork and packaging prep, registration and listing documents, and the export paperwork. See our private-label service and the private-label sanitary pads guide for the full walkthrough — and our free samples let you test quality and packaging before the first production order.

  • Our own-brand formats priced per piece and per carton
  • Private label with your brand, artwork and packaging
  • Pack counts planned for Amazon, retail and distributor channels
  • Product range: pads, organic cotton, liners, tampons, adult care
  • Free samples before you commit to a production run

FDA documents for US importers — what we provide, what to confirm

In the United States, sanitary pads are regulated by the FDA as medical devices, not cosmetics. The right phrasing is FDA-registered facility and device listing — never “FDA approved”. Pads are not “FDA approved” products: registration and listing identify the establishments and products to the agency; they are not an endorsement. We supply the registration and listing details, test reports and quality documentation from the factory side; we explain what each document does and does not mean in our FDA approval guide.

Most unscented pads sit under 21 CFR 884.5435 (Class I), which is exempt from premarket notification only when the device is made of common cellulosic and synthetic material with an established safety profile; scented pads, tampons and adult incontinence products follow different pathways. Classification is the importer’s responsibility: confirm the exact category and labeling with your customs broker or regulatory adviser before the first entry. Our country labeling guide and certifications cover the supporting documents.

  • FDA establishment registration and device listing details
  • 21 CFR 884.5435 background — importer confirms the classification
  • Test reports (SGS) and ISO 9001 quality documentation
  • Labeling guidance for the confirmed product category
  • Export documents prepared for your customs broker

US supply FAQ

Common questions from US importers and brands

Who supplies wholesale sanitary pads and napkins to the USA?

We are a China-based factory supplying US importers, Amazon sellers, retail chains, store-brand programmes and distributors directly — not a local converter and not a broker. With 20+ years of production, exports to 80+ countries, 150+ brand programmes and capacity for over 4 billion pads a year, we give US buyers factory pricing and a turnkey private-label partner.

What is the MOQ for wholesale sanitary pads shipped to the US?

Our own-brand lines start at 30,000 packs per size, and mixed sizes and product lines can be planned together in one container. Private-label minimums are set per SKU and confirmed with your quote; different products, materials, pack formats or packaging are counted separately and cannot be combined to reach one minimum.

Can you private-label sanitary pads for a US brand or Amazon seller?

Yes. Private label is a core service: we handle the product specification, artwork and packaging, registration and listing support, and the export documents, so you can launch a US brand without owning a factory. We can build packs around Amazon, retail-chain or distributor requirements.

Are your sanitary pads FDA approved?

No — pads are FDA-regulated medical devices, and “FDA approved” is not a status that applies to them. A compliant pad is made in an FDA-registered establishment and listed with the agency; registration and listing are not an endorsement. Our guide to whether sanitary pads are FDA approved explains the difference between approved, cleared and registered.

What FDA documents do you provide for US importers?

We provide the establishment registration and device listing details, test reports such as SGS, ISO 9001 quality documentation and the export paperwork your customs broker needs. Confirm the product classification and labeling with your customs broker or compliance adviser: most unscented pads fall under 21 CFR 884.5435, while scented pads, tampons and adult incontinence products follow different routes.

Do you ship to Los Angeles, Long Beach, New York and Newark?

Yes. We quote FOB, CIF or DDP into Los Angeles/Long Beach on the West Coast and New York/Newark on the East Coast, and goods move inland to distribution hubs including Chicago and Atlanta. We handle the export documentation from our side and keep reorders shipping on schedule.

What trade terms do you offer US buyers?

FOB, CIF and DDP. Every quote is built per piece and per carton against your exact size, absorbency and pack count, so you can compare landed cost on a like-for-like basis.

Do you also supply tampons, panty liners and adult incontinence products?

Yes. The range covers sanitary pads, organic cotton pads, panty liners, tampons and adult incontinence products, so you can build a complete aisle or a focused range from one supplier.
