Wholesale sanitary pads for Russia and the CIS, supplied at source
We are the factory behind our own brands — supplying Russian and CIS importers, distributors and private-label programmes with pads from our ISO 9001-certified factory at factory price, not through a broker.
Russian buyers say гигиенические прокладки, or sanitary pads, and they need the same things a buyer in any market needs: a landed cost that leaves shelf margin, packaging in Russian, and documents the importer can file. We supply that as a China-based factory — not a local converter and not a broker.
With 20+ years of production, exports to 80+ countries, 150+ brand programmes and capacity for over 4 billion pads a year, we give importers factory pricing and brand owners a turnkey private-label partner. The range covers sanitary pads, organic cotton pads, panty liners, tampons and adult incontinence products — enough to build a full feminine-care aisle or a focused own-brand range. See how we manufacture and the certifications behind every shipment.

Distributors, retail chains and marketplaces — how Russian buyers source
Russia is a distributor-led market with a growing e-commerce layer: national and regional distributors carry the reach, retail chains set the shelf, and marketplaces now compete for the same shopper.
Wholesale sanitary pads in Russia move through three channels. Distributors — national and regional — carry the volume and reach pharmacies, supermarkets and independent retail across the country. Retail chains buy against a listing and a specification they can defend. E-commerce marketplaces and own-web sellers need retail-ready packs, clean barcodes and fast reorders. We supply all three from the same factory, and our wholesale and bulk supply covers the stock side.
Goods are normally received in Moscow or St Petersburg, the two commercial centres most importers use as their entry point, then distributed onward. Importers supplying the wider region often work from the same base, reaching Kazakhstan, Belarus and Central Asia — so a single factory relationship can cover several markets. We also ship to other export markets.
- National and regional distributors covering multiple regions
- Retail chains and pharmacy listings needing a defendable specification
- Marketplace sellers needing retail-ready packs and fast reorders
- Private-label programmes for Russian and CIS brand owners
- Importers supplying Kazakhstan, Belarus and Central Asia
Documents and labels your importer can file
Sanitary pads imported into Russia and the other EAEU states are subject to conformity assessment and EAC marking where the applicable technical regulations require it. Whether a specific SKU needs a declaration or a certificate, and under which scheme, is confirmed by the importer of record together with a certification body against the final product specification. We support that file from the factory side — test reports, quality documentation and factory records — rather than claiming that every product is automatically conformant.
Russian-language labeling is the second half of the file. Plan the product name, count and size, usage and disposal instructions, manufacturer and importer details, batch code, production and expiry dates, and country of origin. For private-label orders the packaging is printed from the artwork you approve, and we prepare the Russian label layout together with you; the final Russian copy should be checked by your importer or a local consultant. Our labeling requirements by country guide covers the document set.
From our side we provide SGS test reports, ISO 9001 quality documentation and the applicable product documentation — FDA registration details, CE where applicable, GOTS and OEKO-TEX — plus export documents and packing lists for your customs broker. Confirm the applicable EAC route, the mark and the final label with your importer or certification body before the first shipment: the importer of record owns that responsibility.
- EAC document support prepared for your importer and certification body
- Russian-language label artwork and proofing support
- SGS test reports and ISO 9001 quality documentation
- FDA registration details, CE where applicable, GOTS and OEKO-TEX documentation for material claims
- Export documents and packing lists for your customs broker
FOB, CIF or DDP — quoted to Russia and the CIS
Established importers usually buy FOB from a Chinese port and control their own freight; newer buyers often prefer CIF, and DDP is quoted when you want the factory to own the delivery to your nominated destination. Stock lines are available from 30,000 packs per size, so you can test a first order before committing to a container programme; our wholesale terms cover the wider offer.

Build your own Russia or CIS brand without owning a factory
Distributors, retail chains and brand owners in Russia and the CIS commission their own lines from factories in China, and our private-label process covers product specification, materials and absorbency, pack format, Russian label artwork and quality control. Production starts only after you approve the digital proof, and we walk you through the lines, quality control and packaging on a call with our export team before the first order.
Channel fit matters more than volume at the design stage. A distributor usually wants an economy and mid-market tier that covers regional retail; a retail chain needs retail-ready packs and a specification it can defend; a marketplace seller needs barcodes, bundle formats and fast reorders; a brand owner may want a premium or organic-cotton line. Tell us the channels and we will propose the specification and packaging around them — see our OEM / ODM service and the private-label guide. Our free samples let you test quality and packaging before the first production order.

Common questions from Russian and CIS importers
Who supplies wholesale sanitary pads to Russia and the CIS?
We do — as a China-based factory supplying Russian and CIS importers, distributors, retail chains, marketplace sellers and private-label brands directly, not through a trading house. With 20+ years of production, exports to 80+ countries, 150+ brand programmes and capacity for over 4 billion pads a year, we quote factory-direct prices and ship FOB, CIF or DDP. The range covers sanitary pads, organic cotton pads, panty liners, tampons and adult incontinence products.
What is the minimum order for sanitary pads shipped to Russia?
Our own-brand lines start at 30,000 packs per size, and mixed sizes and product lines can be planned together in one container. Private-label minimums are set per SKU and confirmed with your quote; different products, materials, pack formats or packaging are counted separately and cannot be combined to reach one minimum.
Can you private-label sanitary pads for a Russian or CIS brand?
Yes. Private label is a core service: we handle the product specification, materials and absorbency, packaging format, Russian label artwork and quality control, so you can launch a brand without owning a factory. Production starts after you approve the digital proof, and we walk you through the lines, quality control and packaging on a call with our export team before the first order.
What EAC documents do you provide for Russia and the CIS?
Sanitary pads are subject to EAC conformity assessment where the applicable technical regulations require it. Whether a specific SKU needs a declaration or a certificate, and under which scheme, is confirmed by the importer of record with a certification body against the final product specification. We provide SGS test reports, ISO 9001 quality documentation, factory records and the certification set from our side to support that file. We do not claim that every product is automatically conformant for every EAEU market.
Do you support Russian-language labeling?
Yes. For private-label orders we print packaging from the artwork you approve, and we prepare the Russian label layout together with you and your importer. Legal responsibility for the destination market sits with the importer of record, so the Russian copy and the final label should be reviewed by your importer or a local consultant. Our labeling guide covers the usual label elements.
What trade terms do you offer Russian and CIS buyers?
FOB, CIF and DDP. Every quote is built per piece and per carton against your exact size, absorbency and pack count, so you can compare landed cost on a like-for-like basis.
Do you ship to Moscow and St Petersburg?
Yes. We quote delivery to Moscow, St Petersburg or your nominated CIS destination, and we handle the export documentation from our side. Goods can then move onward to regional warehouses, Kazakhstan, Belarus or Central Asia.
Can we see the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We arrange a call with our export team to walk through the production lines, quality control and packaging, and we dispatch free samples within 1–3 days so you can check quality and packaging before the first production order. Tell us your time zone when you send your brief and we will schedule the call.
