Are the samples really free?
The samples themselves are free — you pay nothing for the product. Courier freight is paid by the buyer, and we confirm that cost with you before anything ships, so there is no invoice you did not agree to. We are upfront about this because a supplier who hides the freight until the parcel lands is telling you something about how the rest of the relationship will go.
Which products can I sample?
Any of our lines — sanitary pads (ultra-thin, overnight, organic cotton), panty liners, tampons and adult-incontinence care. Tell us the brands and formats you want to evaluate on the form.
How long does delivery take?
Samples are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirming your selection. Transit time then depends on your country, the courier and customs clearance — we give you the tracking number so you can follow it rather than guess.
