Our trading entity is Shenzhen Bingbing Paper Ltd and our manufacturing entity is Guangdong Bingbing Paper Ltd, both in Guangdong Province, China. Information we collect

This is a business-to-business website. We collect:

• Information you give us through our inquiry, free-sample and catalog forms or by email — such as your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, business type, target order volume and the message you send.
• Optional analytics information after you allow analytics cookies — such as pages viewed, referring page, interaction events, browser and device type, and approximate region. We use this information to understand site performance and improve the experience. We do not send the contents of inquiry forms to our analytics provider.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email, customer-support, logistics and analytics providers, and only for the stated purposes or where required by law. If you allow measurement, Google processes Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement data for us. We do not include inquiry messages or email addresses in Google Analytics events. After a successful inquiry, and only with your measurement consent, your email is provided to the Google tag for Google Ads enhanced conversions; the tag hashes it before transmission for conversion matching. Our website and providers use global infrastructure, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, including China and the United States. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Our Google Analytics user- and event-level retention controls are currently set to 14 months. The separate browser-cookie periods are described below.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or receive information you provided in a portable format. You may also withdraw consent at any time and complain to your local data protection authority. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads use consent controls. The Google tag loads with measurement and advertising storage denied by default. Cookie-based measurement and this site's optional interaction and conversion events require your consent. If you allow it, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> cookies to distinguish users and maintain session state. Children
